Account paid up but still getting threatning sms

I owed Woolworths loan R9701.29 I paid up the account two weeks ago, I emailed them prove of payment, i faxed them however I am still getting threating letters/sms from MBD call centre.please can you help me to resolve this. Ref number 0278000313094950/ID 7408050804085
