This morning I get a phone call from Truworths and there is a lady at the end and she advises that I owe R24.00 to Truworths and I must pay immediately. Last month I thought I had paid my account in full, I was unaware that I still owed R24.00. The woman was rude and I was quite shocked that they had actually phoned me to pay R24, 00. I have not even received my monthly statement, so I was unaware that I even owed this, thinking I had paid up my balance
I have been a customer of Truworths for 25 years and have always paid my account - my credit rating is high. I sometimes buy up to R20 000 worth of goods and still pay my account.
Well, I have paid my account in full, will settle the R24.00 and will never ever buy from Truworths again.
Your so called customer care person whilst I was talking to her about this R24.00 just put the phone down on me!!! A few months back I had an incident where one of your branch managers were rude to me - so after 25 years or so - thanks Truworths I will no longer buy from you - I am sure shops like Woolworths, Zara, Foschini would like a loyal paying customer and treat me right!!!
