Hi! i purchased a reclining set in july 2011. since then its been too and from the store. first we had a problem with the mechanism, then it went up and down 4 times because it started ripping. everytime we sent it back they fixed it and it just ripped again.now since its out of warranty they sent us to there preffered upholster and it came back in two different shades of black and they say theres nothing they can do for us anymore. i for one will never purchase anything from teds ever again. i would much rather save more and purchase better quality!
