Lack of help from Woolworths Insurance

On the 27/04/2013 I submitted docs to have my mother's account closed with Woolworths as she has passed on. I was asked by Bongiwe to complete a form and submit my ID doc and bank statement but the form was not attached. 2 days later Heidi finally sent me the form after I have emailed theM numerous time to request it again. I then submitted the form on the 30th April 2013.I didn't hear anything from them for weeks until i inquired on the 15th May 2013, I was told by Bongiwe that I need to resubmit my bank statement and that the payment will be done on Thursday the 16th but still it was not processed. I sent Heidi an email on Friday who again asked me for my bank statement so the Finance department can process the payment but still nothing has been done. Now they have taken to ignoring my emails. I cannot get a hold of them via the telephone because they don't have direct lines but call centre numbers. I would really love to have this resolved and not to be ignored by woolworths when my mother was a loyal customer to them for years and now they cant be decent enough to provide feedback or answer my emails.
