I sent Edgars a product query via their website 7 days ago. I was given this reference number 1937537/20130521/S.G.N and have received no call as of yet.

They do say this on their website 'Please do not hesitate to contact us telephonically should you require a more immediate response or assistance.' If I wanted to call, I would of in the first place but I know those type of calls can be very long and frustrating and expensive if you are on your cell phone so I prefer to communicate via email.
