I've been emailing and calling Netstar with regards to a debit from my account. In addition to my own car, I've been debited for a car I dont even own. I've brought it to their attention. Despite written assurances that I would be refunded in full-I am still however being debited incorrectly. Noone responds to emails and my only response when i do insist on an urgent reply is "we will get back to you"! highly frustrating working with a company whose after sales service is so appalling!
