We were advised by ADT to "upgrade" our alarm system. Installed so called pet friendly motion detector sensors at back of house to accomodate a small jack russell. Since day 1 this alarm has been giving endless hassles and non stop issues!!! Alarm goes off during the day for no reason at all, costing me to leave my job and travel 22km's home to find ADT security standing at gate or relaxing infront of house in his car. Alarm goes off during night for no reason at all, causing neighbours to complain already because of the constant noise. Called ADT technicians this morning and was advised that the upgrade that i was advised to do with ADT is now going to cost me to fix out of my own pocket as and i quote "the equipment is now your problem". After my hard earned thousands of rands have paid for equipment that doesnt work properly it is now MY PROBLEM TO FIX!!! Worst service ever.
