I have been a client since 2005. My car battery died for no reason and I was told by the Battery replacement centre that a tracking system can drain a battery. I had to replace the car battery at my cost then pay for Matrix to replace the tracking system that did the damage.
3 months later Matrix SMS me to tell me that my vehicle has a faulty tracking system. Now they want to charge me to replace their faulty tracking system placed only 3 months ago. After several phone calls reference numbers I still get to a new person every time that knows nothing of my problem. Meantime my insurance will not pay out if I am now highjacked or my vehicle get.
I am now asking for document to cancell my long relationship with them and they cannot even do this. Bet you their debitorder will still go off my account this month. Amazing how fast you are to take money and how slow you can be to give service to a longstanding client.
Oh and only phone for service or repairs in office hours otherwise you will get a very rude lady on the phone!
