It has been 33 days since i vacated the house i was renting from Chas Eviritt, i have not as yet received my deposit back plus the balance of the rental money that i have already paid for the month of which i only stayed for 10 days. The contract that i signed with them stipulates clearly that the deposit should be paid back not later than 21 days after vacating the property. I have been during my 12 months stay being accused of being in "breach of contract" each time my payment was late. Now i cant get hold of the rental agent and she is not returning my mails. Who is in "breach of contract" now
