Not sure how to get a response on this: Received a 2nd notice of a fine WITHOUT getting the first. This means I don't qualify for the discount which is incorrect as error on AARTO side. Picked up at Post office with 4 other people in the queue with the same problem so looks like a new AARTO trick!
Website does not allow partial payment and then query for the rest.
20/06 Sent mail - invalid address on fine [URL Removed]
20/06 Call centre has message then silence and no response (0861227861)
21/06 Sent fax (086 662 8861)- no response
21/06 Sent mail to website address [Email Removed] - no response to date
26/06 Sent follow up mail [Email Removed] -set delivery notification, but still no response
27/06 Sent mail and tried address on fine (invalid)
27/06 Called the call centre - message playse, silence and NO RESPONSE.
What can I do to prevent a summons?
