You send me a final notice for my account that I pay every month & is not in arrears.
Yet out of the 12 land line numbers you have given me not 1 gets answered.
How am I suppose to prove my payments if your people wont even answer their phones. You don't even give a name or email who to correspond to regarding a final notice just your insufficient peace of paper.
