I was recently debited on the 25th of January 2014, After I clearly stated I only get paid on the 27th of each month, I then opted for the last day of the month when because they did not have the 27th as a debit day option. I have always been debited on the last day of the month since I started my subscription. Then all of a sudden I get this debit order on the 25. It then got rejected as there where no funds in my account. Then I got charged a rejection fee of R115 at the bank.

I was told it is forwarded to Ethel (manager) who went on luch for most of the day. I phoned at about 12:00 then again at 14:30, Ethel Padayachi was still not back from Lunch.
I got declined when asking for impotent credit facility due to this rejected debit
I would like this sorted ASAP, and I would like R115 reimbursed immediately.
I encourage you to think twice before you subscribe with AVUSA if you care about your credit rating. This is a total inconvenience.
