My mother joined credit clear in 2010 but even today her file is not sorted yet and every time we call them they always give us dates saying that her file will go to the court and last year they said November. and in Novemebr they said they will take it this year January and they told us my mom's file will go to court in February. When I phoned them today they told me that my mo's file is not sorted yet and yet my mom has paid them the money that they wanted and they promised that they will sort evrything for her but till today it has not been sorted. My has been wasting her money to come to their offices and when she is there they always promise to sort it out but till today nothing is done, please help.
