INSULTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

After paying money in Bearings Net's acc. and our operator standing there for hours (pls note the operator who we send there to collect the parts cost me a lot of money per hr) I phoned their offices on Tel:012 8040903 and spoke to Wellington. He passed the buck to Veronica du Plessis. She claimed she work with al the payments and the banking code we paid the money in are incorrect. Everybody that do any kind of internet banking know that you put a 00 after the kode when paying from Standard Bank to FNB This doesn't affect anything! She didn't know that at all! When I asked to speak to Wellington again, seeing that she do not know what is going on. She insulted me in front of my Operator and Bearing net's employees. Speaking to Wellington telling him: "This women on the phone is very rude..." This all about a amount of R1008.67 and we have previously bought from Bearing Net. A week later after I inform Veronica I busy with legal steps, she mailed me a very long letter telling again insulting. Who is the customer? I don't work for a salary, this is my business. I did not built my company for years for a unprofessional employee to insult me. Please do not do business with Bearing Net!
