I sent a parcel to ukraine on the 29th of december 2012 with parcel number CN009781763ZA and i payed for the 10 working days option. up to today the parcel has not yet arrived. and this is not the first time! really SAPO?? you guys are supposed to be the best. im dissapointed and inconvinienced and worst of all my emails are not being replied. what am i supposed to do??
