Problem with buses

Service of the buses leaving from Tholeni to Ladysmith is pathetic, we board the bus at 6am to get to work on time but that does not happen, i have been late for work since the schools re-opened. the bus is full with school children that takes very long we dont know if the inspector thinks it acceptable because he is always on that bus bt nothing is done about it, secondly the matter with Wendays people going to register at SASSA for grants, today the bus reached Ekuvuken at 7am that means it took it an hour to get there. now what we need to know is why do we buy monthly and weekly tickets if we going to get to late every day. if bti cant get a bus for school children and grant people then can they not allow grant people to board that morning bus and before mid this year we will be out of jobs as i signed a written warning today. people at bit needs to accept and see that the capacity of people in that bus i beyond the drivers control actualy its an accident waiting to happen. please help us before we loose jobs and please get us buses that are in conditions not the ones that rains while we sitting there and breaks down evry now and then
