I would just like to begin and ask a rhetorical question. How in the world does one person who lives in a 65 square meter flat use electricity of R1750 for one month?
My husband and I have been staying in this complex for a year now. The first 6 months of our stay our electricity bill was - R500 to max R700 a month. Since we moved to another unit in the same complex our electricity doubled. Then my husband went on a detective course for 3 months whereby I've been staying alone and for the month of June-July my electricity is R1750??? I only get home at 18:00 at night and leave again at 06:00 the next morning?
Then I have to deal with snotty attitudes from the Impact Meter head office? All they say is well thats what the meter says. No helpful or friendly advice on anything!
I am sick to death of!
Something somewhere has to be done!
This is not even the half of the complaints that I actually have about Impact Meters!
