I received an email from this firm, regarding a Telkom Account, from 2001!! from when i moved from Jhb to CT - [ it is now 2013! ]
Firstly - When i moved to CT, and ordered a Telkom line - I first had to pay the outstanding bill, (which I'm now been harassed for) before TELKOM would give a line / account. I have phoned Telkom, who assure me that i do NOT owe any monies!!
Secondly, When i received this email - i contacted JM Attorneys straight away, I explained the above situation to the person, i asked for Proof - that i still owe Telkom the amount, the call center person said they would get proof and forward onto me - I'm still waiting - But i get 'nasty' little sms about not paying..!!
I have tried several times to contact you on the number provided, every time to only be put in a queue and the line being dropped or just not being picked up.
If and when you decide to contact me, please have proof of this alleged Outstanding account -
If you have not resolved this matter to my satisfaction within one week of me posting this, I will have no choice but to take further steps. And as you do not seem interested in speaking to me, I will go straight to the Law Ombudsman
