I am posting here because these incompetent fools cannot even answer their phones.
I received an sms - extremely proffessional - from this firm, regarding a Health and Raquet membership that I have allegedly not paid.
Firstly, I have never, in my entire life, had any form of gym membership. It is not something I have ever had any interest in and never will.
Secondly, if you do feel you need to contact me, you can call me or send me an email. A company using sms's for anything exept promotional news is, in my opinion, lower than the bottom of the barrel.
I have tried three times to contact you on the number provided, every time to only be put in a queue and the line being dropped after five minutes. I will no longer waste my money trying to contact you.
If and when you decide to contact me, please have proof of this alleged membership ready.
If you have not resolved this matter to my satisfaction within one week of me posting this, I will have no choice but to take further steps. And as you do not seem interested in speaking to me, I will go straight to the Law Ombudsman.
