Harrassment and bad attitude from Call Agents

Almost each and every month i receive SMS and calls from MBD saying "MBDLC will submit notice of non-payment in 48hrs to XDS, a registere credit bureau on your MR PRICE acc. Call us on (011) 560-4533 quoting ref:0278000393234617." I work 8to5 an already at 07:59 i start receiving calls from them. i am really agry and disturbed at work. I have settled this account on 09/05/2011 by paying R392.89... i have both the proof of payment and settlement letter. Again on the 19/11/2012 i spoke to Angela Mthambo and Mariana Carr about this matter and they advised it has been resolved. In January i spoke to a lot of people and they advised it has been resolve and again this month now i spoke to Gloria Lrola who was RUDE, i spoke to Judith Williams, i spoke to Duduzile Gcabashe and i spoke to Mosale Monyela and i spoke to Kaogelo Poopedi. No one is willing to sort this out but everyone is willing to call me to get me to pay. NO JOY FROM ALL THIS... INCLUDING I HAVE TO GO THROUGH EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AGENTS AT MBD. I REALLY WONDER IF THERE IS A TRAINING DEPARTMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT (We get advised calls are being recorded-what the purpose of that?)
