NOOOOOO not again!!! Submitted a claim via email on 12/12/2013 - only one out of 4 pages were processed. The other 3 pages of claims were ignored!! Phoned call center last week Tue to find out that the other pages weren't processed and then submitted again. I was told that it would be 2 - 3 days for processing - STILL NOTHING! What's going on Discovery - Christmas fever is over!!!
Reference number for the first submission is 3122417686 - do not have the last call centre ref on me at the moment.
I checked now and it still has not been processed!!! These claims are over a month and a half overdue to be paid to me - what - are you delaying payment to benefit from interest?
