Had a very bad experience at Dr Harts practice this weekend, I took my boyfriend to see him as he had extreme back pains, he got sent to do xrays and was told the report would be done in 30min, well we went back in that time and no report, went back 2hrs later still no report, went back at 3pm and his practice was closed. Now with not knowing the severity of the injury we tried to call his home and after hours number which we got voicemail. We eventually got through to him on sunday morning and told to phone back at 3pm which we promptly did, only to get voicemail again. Finally at 6pm dr Hart answers our call to tell us my boyfriend has a chip in his spine and he would fax through a report for work and appointment to see a surgeon, well its 10:30 on monday and we have phoned the practice 3 times and received such attitude, and needless to say still no paperwork received!! Very disappointing as he has been the family doctor for most of my boyfriends life!
