I went to the a hospital on Saturday and paid out for cost which I incurred. On Monday morning I called topmed call center spoke to a lady with regards to how I can claim my money back. She advised me to send a fax of receipts to them and an agent will get back to me. At night as I went home and decided to send the receipts to [Email Removed] and up until now I have not received a single call or any sort of reply from them.my question is are they reliable and can we count on you? I hate to complain but I just did
