Wanting the correct invoice only get bad attitude

My partner went to the dentist for treatment 4 December 2013. Been there before and recorded on the my file as a beneficiary. For some reason they opened a new file, listed as a "private" patient. He paid cash for the consultation, received a receipt but no invoice. I contacted the Medicross Aston Manor Kempton Park branch and requested an invoice. Took a couple of days, received and noticed that it was made out to my partner. Contacted them, requested an amended invoice made out in my name (main member) with treatment details of beneficiary. I have been struggling since with a very bad attitude of a staff member. I have been asked for patient details, additional medical aid details and all related information is on my file. I was asked for ID doc's despite an existing file. Then I am advised of an outstanding amount - R429 odd and that I am out of benefits. So I said that I am willing to pay for treatment received late November 2013 but I am yet to receive an account. I still await this and continue to receive a BAD ATTITUDE. Is it really necessary!!!
