I changed medical aids, and my 1st deduction from salary was April 2013, Topmed send me a letter which i never received in the post, about loading and waiting period etc. In meantime this was sorted out, but still i am awaiting my membership card. I called the Topmed call centre a week ago, spoke to Belinda... only to be told, the medical aid was not issued, and i need to re submit, i contacted the medical aid broker at my employer, and was informed to go to the nearest Topmed Walk in centre, which i did, but it seems no one follows up, i have to follow up weekly, and then hear of another obstacle or excuse, in meantime deductions is continuing, but i have to pay cash for doctors and especially my chronic medication, which is again now due.. Please help!!!
