Incorrect information advised

I called bankmed on the 10/10/13 and spoke with Elsia whom i confirmed with if bankmed has dermatologist in their panel and she said no but i can go to any as they will pay me 100% of the claim which the amount was R540 and she also provided me with the authorisation number which is 608479 so i dont struggle when i claim back from them, after i went to see the dermatologist i claimed as advised and everything went well with the claim until on the 31/10/2013 when dyann from bankmed confirmed that only R220.00 will be paid and transferred me to Phynius manyaka who didnt help me at all ask me questions like where i am staying which i believe they have that info already and after he hanged up the call when i wanted to discuss my claim with his manager since he could not help me with the full payment of my claim and he said his managers name its confidential and he cannot give it to me which the call was at 11:30 on the 31/10/2013, then i called again since i was dropped and came through to Soraya Du Plessis and she couldnt help me but transferred me to Kim Shalow who couldnt help me as well and now m left in the dark not knowing what to do... i would like to cancel this bankmed group
