I have been trying for weeks to upgrade my MTN contract at an Istore. Every week there is NO availability of the 16 GB Iphone 5 on the MTN packages. Yesterday I even called the Istore line on 012-0030400 and they just pulled up their shoulders and said I must call again on Saturday morning. I queried whether I can get the Iphone 5 from MTN and just buy the icare plus package for insurance purposes and they just said NO! No one in Apple can tell me when stock will be available again and this is plain pathetic from a customer's point of view. As a customer I have been an avid Apple supporter for 4 years, but all they do is pull up their shoulders and say that I must call again and again and again... At the moment I'm even considering moving over to Samsung because they at least care about their customers
