Delivery pending July 2013

Payment made to LG Xecutronics on the 26th July 2013 for parts for an LG Docking station. Scott advised us that LG takes 6 - 8 Weeks to have the parts delivered. We waited however there was a delay and eventually we picked up some of the parts. The remote control was apparently lost and could not be found therefore they had to re-order this part. It was advised that they will deliver it to me within a week. Its been another month and no remote. Upon phoning Scott he advised that they are waiting for it and they dont deliver however am doing me a favour. As a customer who needs to constantly follow up on it having already paid for it is dissatisfying. If I do not get my remote, I need my money refunded to me. This type of service makes the LG name look bad and makes a customer not want to buy from an LG retailer going forward. LG should employ staff that are honest in their dealings and not make them pay the money only to not have the goods delivered.
