After total non-delivery of the shower I ordered in November 2012 they acknowledged there lack of ability to manage their suppliers and complete the delivery. In January 2013 the owner Eddie promised to refund my deposit. It is now August 2013 and still I waiting for him to refund the money. I strongly believe this will be yet another broken promise by Eddie and his company.
If they could have delivered it would have been my third shower installation by Elite Showers. If the quality of the first two is anything to go by I am fortunate not to have a third one installed by them!
There workmanship and Integrity is of the lowest order. Be extremely careful of ever using them.
