Beware of Additional CHARGES

We paid a 40% deposit for a bath & jacuzzi on the 22 August 2012.

Almost a year later due to construction complications we cannot take delivery if the Jacuzzi!

Now we are told a cancellation fee is due!

Ridiculous! The company supplies baths and jacuzzi, and that's the stock they carry!
The additional fee is unnecessary and does not equate to good service!
