I see another complaint was don't against Alex Karavoussanos. He did the same to us, ran away with around 60k. Never finished the job. supplied an excellent CV, claimed to be an expert on flooring, and completely stuffed it up. His suppliers called us for payment as well as he never paid them. The floor was replaced by us, costing us another 20k to fix after he abandoned the job. The plumbing is still a mess and all our electrical work had to be redone. He left us with a patio roof that is about to collapse and walls cracking.

we moved into an incomplete house half way through the project as he was running late with the project, during this time! all our wedding rings and some valuables were? we knew exactly who it, but he protected the worker when we called in to police. I tracked him down to another project he was doing in nr 4 cranks wick road, hurlingham. I threatened him by telling him that I was going to warn them, he then got very aggressive with me. ironically, I think the other person who complained here, was the lady I was going to warn him.
