REGRET OF BUYING A BRAND NEW KIA RIO!!

On the 23 August 2013 while driving on Rondebolt Road at 7am, I changed from second gear to third.. And the car lost power. Gear 3 and 4 were not linking at all. I got stuck at 7503km.
I tried calling Kia Assist several times, only to learn that they only open at 8am, I am backing up traffic and can get no assistance from "kia assist. which is a joke to what is written in the warranty book. I managed to drive the car back home at 8am, Kia Assist sent a tow truck, and car was towed to Kia Eastrand Boksburg by 9am.
While at their dealership, I did not get professional assistance, all the Staff spoke in Afrikaans; I insisted I needed a courtesy car due to my lifestyle and the inconvenience to travel a far distance to work. The service manager was not helpful in the least. They all told me they do not give out cars. Eugene servman (service manager) said he will call me that Friday and tell me about my car and the loan car. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday passed, I heard nothing at all. I continuously called but to no avail. My friends and family also called for me, but their customer service and turnaround time for communication!!
I was Quoted R8700 to pay in cash.
