Stinking attitude

On the 17 September I took my car in for service and engine fault, I was then told it will take four days to fix the car, with that time frame was not given any feedback as too who far they are with the car. My service adviser was Mfundo who cared less to keep me posted. Instead I was the one calling him, was not even offered a courtesy car. On Friday 20 was called to fetch my car. Only to get stuck on the road three days later, called road side assistance and the car was taken to North cliff, and was told it will take another four days to fix. Today a month later on the very date I took it in I had problems again. Took in again to Braynston by the grace of I managed to get there as I couldn't call road side assist because I had no airtime on my cell. Spoke to Paul van de Walt customer service manager who gave me attitude I had never experienced my entire life and kept on mocking me. I regret the day i bought is stupid car. If I knew would have chosen any brand. Will never ever recommend Mercedes Benz to anyone. Shocked for year with the service I got more especially from a customer service manger. I don't know why he was put there as he has no customer care. Very disappointed
