The Nedbank legal department debited my savings account without
notification, or any form of explanation, on 25-03-2013 - an amount of
R3000 and again on 02-04-2013 - an amount of R1500. This was done,
despite the fact that I have an arrangement to pay a monthly amount of
R670 into my credit card account. I have not broken my side of this
arrangement and have all the deposit slips as evidence. The amount of
R4500 was paid into my credit card account.
I approached my local Nedbank branch for assistance. The consultant
was unable to reach the Nedbank legal department and left numerous
messages on their answering service, but has received no response.
