My wife resigned her job 2008 - pension paid out and did not receive irp5 from sanlam. worked for her brother and retrenched 2011. tax claims she owes them 95000 but tax consultant says pension was e filed twice. trying to get irp5 for 2008 for her pension from sanlam, but theys say they have no record of her particulars. wife is near a breakdown due to all this problems. proof on her old payslips that sanlam pension fund was paid. sanlam promised to reply back and get the irp5 from theit archive but no news for nearly two weeks. where to go from here?
