I lost my cheque card on tuesday the 12th of february, i called card division and the card was stopped and ordered a new one. i requested for the card to be delivered at Maponya mall and yesterday i got a call that the card is ready for collection at Maponya, when i got there the card was not available and was advised its at Protea gardens. what a service now one has to wait yet another 5 to 7 days for the card.
