I am done with FNB

On Saturday we want to close my Credit card. After 2 hours of waiting a consultant phoned the credit card department where she clearly state we going to close it that Saturday. So we got the settlement amount and we paid it immediately. We call the credit card department today just to hear we need to pay another R337 because I paid cash for it. And the lady keep on going off we should not close it ect. Ect. This is the last nonsense Im having with FNB!!!
