3 months later and still havent received card

In july/august not sure of the exact date I joined the Ucount rewards, On the 2nd Sept 2013 I logged a request that I haven't received my Ucount card yet, Mishka Africander helped me and replied to my email that I will get my card within 21 days and it will be sent to my address, so I waited and its been over 30 days now, so I logged another request, this time Chris Van Zyl helped me telling me the same thing that it's not registered mail and the card can't be tracked an its marked to be resent, I understand all that but I am getting frustrated having to pay for a service every month that is no use for me, how many times am I going to hear this story, to make matters worse my dad went to the newton park branch in PE an opened his and got his card within 2 weeks, so whats the difference, because I opened mine via telephone when the consultant phoned me back, it's just totally unacceptable and poor service to customers. I regret joining
