I paid my car off after it was financed through Nedbank years ago. I now want to sell it, but can't as the title is still held by Nedbank. Despite promises that it will be sorted out "in a day" (we are now on day four!), nothing has happened. Even though it has been escalated to Phiruvasegan Govindfami, he does not answer or return my calls. How much longer must I wait? This kind of delay does the Nedbank brand no good at all!
