Nedbank, the centre of frustration, worst banking!!

I was in a vehicle accident and my vehicle was written off. My insurance was settling the full amount and needed documentation from Nedbank to process the payments. When i called in to find out whats happening from the nedbank end, i would be routed to some number that literally rings for an hour without answer. Going in physically to branches did not help much either because they called the same number and i held on for about an hour before i finally gave up. Even the Nedbank consultant at the branch was shocked. I tried calling for 3 consecutive days, same story every day. I complained once, to the person that was going to route me to the "no answer number", and this person told me i am one in many clients, i must wait my turn. An hour off holding on.. NO ANSWER... on 3 different days. I'm an Engineer and i don't have that kind of time so i eventually gave up. They couldn't assist me with basic info! When my car was settled and i was purchasing a new one, i was appalled to see the rate the nedbank had to offer me. I have a cheque account, a bond and a long good history with them. But all that did not matter. Absa gave me a competitive rate. Now i'm moving my entire portfolio toABS
