I have financed a delivery truck and trailer three years ago. Subsequently I have sold everything, in Cape Town, and have been unable to get the trailers paperwork from Nedbank and MFC for the past year. I have received various fines and warnings from the traffic department and the new legal owner, but as MFC and Nedbank are the last title holders and got all the paperwork, my hand are tied.
Various emails, calls and visits to Nedbank in Cape Town and Pta have led to brick walls. According to Nedbank, they don't have the paperwork anymore; but can't tell me what they have done with it. The new owner cannot register the trailer, and I cannot scrap it or get it off my name.
I have received nothing but the worst service from MFC and Nedbank.
Pls help me.
