I called yesterday morning to apply for a overdraft, sent my docs, and by 2 o clock had a negative response, called the call centre to find out what happen, they said my affordability is to low, went through some details wit the consultant again, and it was nt the case, my profile and itc is clear, no bad issues, I'm really tired of this, I've had numerous accounts at nedbank and paid them up with no issues, I just had another bank call me the other day offering me a cheque account with an overdraft, why would they even offer me if I cannot afford it. I just hope someone looks into that deprtment before they start loosing clients.
