Good day I would like to rave about the service I have received from 1Life. The agent who worked with me was so patient, I have a 11 month old son who demands my attention and whenever Tefo would call my son would either be crying or needing something. Tefo would never give up ensuring that I am insured. He would always call again later or the next day or even the next week.
I would like to thank him for his persistence and patience and understanding. He was so courteous and explained everything to the best of his capabilities, if he was unsure he would put me on hold to confirm instead of sucking out of his thumb.
Its not everyday you receive great service in South Africa which is quite sad, however Tefo and 1Life have restored my faith.
