Ordered Smart Device, Cant get feedback

I have been phoning FNB smart devices (0860102970, option 6) for the last few days trying to find out what the status of my order is.

I ordered online and I know for a fact I meet required deposit amount.

Every time I phone I am either put through to another department or put on hold and then the line goes dead. This is ridiculous. I just want a simple status update about my order.

If this is how its like just getting a status update I don't even feel like getting the device anymore with the thought of getting support from you guys.

Please please please, just give me a simple answer about my order, since I have not heard anything from you for two weeks now. Have I been approved, and when will my order be fulfilled if I have.

You said 10 days, its been two weeks.
