I have a bond with fnb, but I lost my job, I made a note on the atm and a lady called I then explained that I want to make arrangements, she refered me to my nearest branch, I went to springs and spoke to Charles he called housing but no one picked up the phone then he told me that Noma will call me, nothing happened I called housing a lady transfered me to Pat but he didn't respond I then left a message with my cell number but again nothing happened, a guy came to evaluate my house, I told him my problem he promised to add that to my report but no one came back to me, I called housing again this week but Pat didn't answer again, the lady told me that she will send an email to Pat and Noma's boss, what shocked me is the sms that I received yesterday from Pat threatening me that if I don't call him for arrangement they are continuing with legal action against me, what is the meaning of this? Because I'm the one whose been trying to negotiate but they were not coming back to me, I don't want to loose the house but I will start working end January so I do want to make arrangements but the way they carry my case is so saddening me. Is this how we treat clients?
