I phoned on the 03/10/2013 for a settlement amount on my account I got a statement for R 2058.39 and i sent them a letter for reduction is this amount as i have other debt to settle as well no reply was given.
I phoned again today and now my account is R 2077. I mean what the how can this change in a week? I again asked for a settlement amount to which I was informed that there is no such thing on Truworth's accounts they want me to pay them but they don't compromise they just ad more and more on the account.
I want to settle this account but would really want them to at least consider a reduction.. If other debtors can help with it surely they can to. I am disappointed in the amount being even more after a week.
