My acc was debited with an alien amount by an alien service provider this morning, you can imagine one's frustration when walking into a bank to request a reversal on the debit. To top it all up, I tried stopping the debit order online but with this new FNB online look, the least said about it the better. Literally, it took ten minutes to be assisted and trained on how to use the new look FNB website.

When I approached Clifford, he greeted me with a smile and a hand shake, ask what the problem was and resolved it, further to that, to avoid more charges by stopping the debit order on his side he asked that I log in and took me through the process of stopping an alien debit order which worked out cheaper for me.

Clifford was very efficient and most importantly, he cared.

My experience today has proven that for long I've accept foolish service from other FNB Branches ie FNB Reds Mall and yet there are branches out there that literally go the extra mile...
