Can Standard Bank please increase my Internet Banking payment limit from R0.00 (where this use to work and suddenly stopped working) to R50 000.00? I phoned the call center and reported the problem, was then told that I have to visit a branch. I went to Standard Bank Midrand and requested the change. Was told that it is resolved, but still not. Can Standard Bank please get someone who know what they doing to contact me to resolve the problem once and for all as I am not going back to the branch and deal with illiterate people!!!
