Debit even though Problem was sorted Months ago

I have spoke to Qhakasile at African bank 2 months ago and sent her all relevant docs to tell her that i am under admin, she then refunded my money that was debited, but they still keep on debiting my account. I just spoke to Melody in the contact centre now and she has a dont care attitude and was of no help at all saying i must send my statement to them. I am at home and have no access to fax or email and because of their mistake i must be inconvenienced.
Please assit and mail me on [Email Removed] or call me 0840784731 URGENTLY!
I budget myself every month and can't afford things like this happening!
