Poor customer services

I as a valid customer of the Capitec Bank am very disappointed in the manner i have been treated at the above branches just a few hours ago. I went to Standard bank Atm in Ravensmead to withdraw the amount of R3000 rand as there is not a Capitec ATM in the vacinity. I did the withdrawal as usual and the money was deducted from my account but NO money came out of the machine. The slip said Time out Transaction cancelled but the SMS went off on my mobile phone stating that the amount was deducted. I immediately phoned Customer Services and went to the Parow Centre branch and they told me there is nothing they can do seeing that I showed them the slip and the SMS and showing the time corresponded. I mean that is not on my family needs to eat as I have small children to feed and am unemployed and just recieved my UIF money today. Please help what am I to do because I cannot wait 30 to 45 days for my money. Mr. Edmund Fouldien
